Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, it enters the kitchen at lightning speed. That means should you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 5 minutes of ordering to receive a full refund. Please call 0207 738 1505 to request a cancellation.
Allergies
As all of our dishes are cooked to order, we cannot guarantee that any of our foods are free from cross-contamination of allergens. We cannot guarantee that any of our foods are free from nuts or nut derivatives. We do our very best to maintain that our food is free from GM (genetically modified) ingredients & MSG.
Delivery Policies
We aim to deliver your order within 45 min. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to a postcode where we are having/or have had an issue. Depending on the severity of the issue the closure could be a temporary or permanent matter. We will notify any affected customers of the change as soon as we can.
Offers & Promotions
Standard offer: Only one discount per order whilst promotion is valid. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. No cash refunds or alternatives. Offers cannot be used by credit corporate accounts.
